Perfect for mums (and dads) on the move

MATchel M Perfect for mums (and dads) on the movePopping out for the afternoon couldn’t be simpler with MaByLand’s brand new MATchel – making parent’s lives easier when on the move.

The MATchel is a slim, smart, stylish satchel bag that converts into a comfy changing mat for little ones making changing nappies on the move even easier.

MaByLand’s owner Sheena Woods discovered through her own experience of motherhood the need for a small stylish bag that can be functional as a changing mat and fitted all the essentials she needed when going out for a short trip. Sheena’s research with other parents backed-up her idea and together ideas sparked and the MATchel was born.

It’s so simple to use. The MATchel unfastens and cleverly folds out into the changing position – it’s so easy you can do this with only one hand! The changing mat is fully padded and features a built in pillow for extra comfort. You don’t need to worry about little spillages as it conveniently wipes clean.

It has two large flexible mesh pockets either side of the mat that can carry up to four large nappies, wipes, creams, a change of clothes and even a bottle. It also features a large zip pocket at the front for personal belongings too.

The MATchel has an extra long length of 82 cm (approx.. 32″) meaning it can be used from birth up until potty training.

It’s perfect for style-conscious parents as the MATchel’s sleek Herringbone exterior and contrast stripe detailing doesn’t dictate it’s a portable changing mat. The striped shoulder strap can be detached and the compact MATchel will fit inside an existing nappy/changing bag.

And after your baby has grown, your MATchel can be used as a normal stylish bag.

The MATchel has won the BANTA Award (Feeding, Cleaning and Changing Category) at the Harrogate Nursery Fair on the 26th March 2012, the same day it was launched to the nursery market.

The MATchel is available in two sophisticated colours: city Black and espresso Brown. It retails at £35.99 and available to buy online at www.mabyland.com.
